Description
Robert Half Technology is searching for someone with experience in Programming and Network Administration interested in joining an expanding organization! This job is in the Buffalo, NY area. It is remote until they transition back into the office.
Your responsibilities in this role include:
-An individual that has experience in a fast-paced industry such as call center or the financial industry is preferred.
-A willingness to learn and assist teams in various ways throughout the organization will be key to being successful in this role.
3-5 years experience
Programming Experience Necessary:
SQL Server 2016 Programming (Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, SSRS Reporting Services, SSIS Integration services)
C# Programming (Mostly scripting/some development)
Network Experience:
Windows Server 2016/HyperV/Active Directory/Group Policy
Knowledge of Telephony Infostructure (Avaya/SIP)
Requirements
Additional Experience Preferred:
-Experience in a Call Center/Agency IT Professionals
-Knowledge of Genesys Latitude
