Description
This job is for someone who excels at coming up with creative solutions to technical issues. Robert Half Technology is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to accommodate field users in an ever-changing, active environment. Candidates with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for making effective change within an organization will be preferred for this Help Desk Analyst position. Located in Bedford Park, Illinois, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a short-term temporary role.
What you get to do every single day
– Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
– Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and suggest solutions to address the root of the problems
– Reply and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
– Offer IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally
Requirements
– Printer Hardware experience required
– Solid understanding of MS Windows 10
– Ticketing System experience preferred
– Experience with O 365
– Demonstrated knowledge of End-User Support
– Proficiency in Printer Problems
– Adeptness in Microsoft Office 365
– Practical knowledge in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
– Firm grasp of basic networking concepts
– User administration and bug fixing in a client-server environment
– Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
– Prior experience with IT support ticketing systems
